Description

Adyar Wines (monasteries in Arabic) are produced by monks of the Maronite Order at the Mar Moussa Monastery. The grapes are cultivated at different monasteries across the country — hence the names of the various monasteries.

These grapes are planted in the Chouf region at 700m above the sea level. The wine has a ruby colour and red fruit aromas. Round and well balanced. This vintage has a potential of ageing 5 to 10 years.

Well-paired with steak and red meat.

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation.
