Adyar "Expression Monastique" 2016

Adyar Wines (monasteries in Arabic) are produced by monks of the Maronite Order at the Mar Moussa Monastery. The grapes are cultivated at different monasteries across the country — hence the names of the various monasteries. 

Expression 2016 is an organic red wine with spicy notes of red fruit aromas. The complexity of the wine comes from the perfect blend of three grapes from three different Lebanese regions. The black Grenache adds tannins to make the wine more enjoyable.

Well paired with red meats and BBQs. 

To be decanted 15 minutes before serving.
